If you’re busy, a quick pickup + hold keeps us reachable and professional.

Answer: “Hi! Corner House Studio—this is [Name]. Can I place you on a quick hold?”

Return to the call as soon as possible.

Take a message and call them back


Set expectation: “I’m helping another family at moment—can I get your name and number and call you right back?”
