✨
Because our classes are drop-off, we can only operate when enough team members are on site and in ratio so attendance and punctuality really matter here.

Staffing for Safety
Staffing directly impacts safety.
- Our preferred staffing ratio is 6:1
- Our minimum ratio is 10:1. We will not operate above this ratio.
- At least two (2) team members must be present any time kids are in our care.
- If minimum coverage is not in place we will need to delay opening and drop-off.
- If someone is late and it affects safe supervision, on-time opening, or the family experience—we will treat it as a performance concern.
Being on Time and Ready to Work
All team members are expected to arrive on time and ready to work for every scheduled shift.
- Ready to work means you are in the studio and ready to begin work at your scheduled shift start time.
- About Tardiness: Clocking in after your scheduled start time is considered tardy. We understand that things come up, but repeated or excessive tardiness is not okay.
Plan to Arrive Early
You should plan to arrive 10–15 minutes before the start of your shift to settle in (put your things away things, use the restroom, have a snack) so you can begin your shift on time.
Notifying About Last Minute Changes
If you are going to be late or miss a shift, notify your Manager as soon as you know so we can arrange coverage and keep children safe.
- At least 4 hours before your shift in most cases.
