The [email protected] inbox is our shared customer service email. Messages arrive here from two sources: the contact form on our website, and replies to notification emails (like booking confirmations or class reminders). The studio manager is the primary owner of this inbox and is responsible for monitoring it daily and responding on behalf of Corner House Studio.


Accessing the Shared Inbox

You'll access [email protected] through Gmail delegation — you don't need a separate login. When access is granted, you'll receive a delegation notification from Google. After that, you can switch to the shared inbox directly from your personal Gmail account by clicking your profile icon in the top right corner and selecting [email protected] from the account switcher.

All messages sent from the shared inbox will show as coming from [email protected], regardless of who sends them.
