Policies
Cancellation & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made 14+ days before the party: refund - 20% deposit is forfeited.
- Cancellations made fewer than 14 days before: full fee is non-refundable.
- Rescheduling is available one time, subject to availability, if requested at least 14 days in advance.
Capacity & Extra Guests
- Parties can only safely accommodate 12 children, including the birthday child and any siblings. No exceptions.
Drop-Off & Pickup
- Parties are designed as drop-off events for guests. Parents/guardians drop off children at the start and pick up at the end.
- One member of the host family must onsite for the entire party and is responsible for emergency contact info.
- Prompt pickup at the end time is required, as the studio may have programming afterward.
Food & Drink
- All food and drinks are provided by the host family — Corner House Studio does not supply food and is not responsible for food allergens.
- Families are welcome to bring any food and drinks they'd like.
- The kitchenette is available for storage and basic prep.
- We ask that all food stay in the party room (not the art room).
- Host families are responsible for cleaning up food-related items at the end of the party.
Cleanup Expectations
- Teaching artists handle all art supply cleanup and studio reset.
