What to Report
Behavior concerns
- Repeated Disruption: When an artist’s behavior is repeatedly making it hard for others to feel safe, focus, or enjoy the program
- Harm to Others: When an artist’s behavior impacts another student or staff - hitting, kicking, unkind words etc.
- Inappropriate Language or Drawings: if an artist says something or creates art that is violent, hateful, sexually suggestive, or threatening.
- Time Outs: Any time an artist is removed from class for a time out.
Accidents & Injuries
- Any Injury sustained at the studio that leaves a mark or the child complains of pain- including bumps, bruises and scrapes.
Illness / medical concerns
- Episodes of illness: headaches, vomiting, nausea, fainting, flu symptoms etc.
- Toileting accidents that require clothing changes/cleanup
- Suspected lice infestation
Late pick-ups
- Anytime pickup happens more than 10 min after class/camp end time, even if you didn’t charge a late fee
- Any time a late fee was charged
Parent Conversations
- Report any situation that involved a call home, a conversation with a parent after class or camp or an early pickup
