Ordering Supplies

Every Wednesday, take inventory using the supply tracker and order any needed supplies the same day from Amazon, Blick, or Michaels. All orders should be addressed to:

Receiving Packages

Packages are picked up weekly from the UPS Store in the Montclair Village. Bring the PO Box key with you.

1. Use the key to open PO Box #458.
2. Collect any package slips inside.
3. Bring the slips to the counter — a worker will retrieve your packages.
4. Bring the packages back to the studio.

Restocking

1. Open the packages and put the supplies away.
2. Open the supply tracker and change the status of each received item from "Ordered - Waiting on Delivery" to "Stocked."
3. Break down all boxes and bring downstairs to our recycling bin.
