We handle all registrations, bookings, rosters, customer info, and add-on charges in Care.com. This system is the source of truth—if it’s not in Care.com, it’s not officially booked.

Looking Up Customer Info
Use this when a parent says: “Can you check if we’re registered?” “I can’t find my confirmation” or “My partner booked it.”
- From the Dashboard, left column: Customers → View All
- Use the search bar with any of the following:
- Caregiver name
- Child’s name
- Email address
- Click the customer record to:
- See all reservations
- View contact info
- View emergency contact info (confirm it’s complete when possible)
Quality check: If emergency contacts look incomplete, encourage the family to log in and finish their profile.
