Responsibilities
- Check Slack
- Prepare the Studio for Opening
- Managing Makeups
- Overseeing Drop/Off & Pick Up
- Taking Attendance in Care.com
- Answering the Phone
- Providing CS, Registration Admin & Makeup booking
- Being knowledgeable of all studio policies
- Staying up to date on registration timelines and upcoming programs
- Maintaining Lobby & Bathroom
- Monitoring for Safety

Prepare for Opening
- Sweep the entrance
- Ensure that lobby is tidy and ready
- Stock yellow carts with rags, paper towels, wipes, 2 spray bottles in each room
- Stock bathroom and sink with soap, toilet paper, paper towels
- Turn on Lobby music
